These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by AL-Virland, including AVL Staking, referral programs, and other related services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to abide by these Terms.
- "Company" refers to AL-Virland, the entity providing investment services.
- "Customer" or "You" refers to any individual or entity that engages with the Company for AVL Staking or
referral services.
- "AVL Staking" refers to the investment agreement between the Company and the Customer.
AL-Virland offers investment services where funds provided by Customers are managed and invested in various internal opportunities with the aim of generating returns.
The Company invests in a diversified range of investment opportunities, including but not limited to stocks, real estate, and other financial products. The Company reserves the right to alter its investment strategies as deemed necessary.
- Returns are distributed as per the terms of the AVL Staking agreement.
- The Company does not guarantee any specific return rate, and all payouts are subject to the performance of the
underlying investments.
- Payout schedules may vary based on the AVL Staking terms and the investment’s performance.
AL-Virland offers a referral program where existing customers can earn extra income by referring new customers to the Company.
- All active Customers are eligible to participate in the referral program.
- Referrals must be new customers who have not previously engaged with the Company.
- Referral rewards are subject to the referred customer completing an AVL Staking agreement with the Company.
- The reward structure and payout rates are determined by the Company and may be adjusted from time to time.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the funds used for AVL Staking are lawful and do not violate any legal restrictions. Customers agree to provide accurate information and cooperate with the Company in the verification process.
AL-Virland shall not be liable for any losses or damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of its investment services, unless such losses are due to the Company’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page, Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our services after changes to this terms will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide by the updated terms.
